Due to continued growth in regional Victoria, we are now seeking a Project Manager to join us in Bendigo.
The role
In this key senior role, you will lead and manage the Greater Bendigo project teams to achieve great outcomes on our projects, for our clients, stakeholders and Bowden Corp.
Your construction and methodology knowledge will have our projects delivered to the highest possible standard, and add to our team's expertise, and support creative solutions when needed. You will
* Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from design through handover.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
* Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and internal teams.
Your leadership will ensure adherence to our systems and processes across our key construction pillars, and you will provide high level support and development to our junior Project Managers and Site Engineers, Site Managers and Contract Administrators.
Contributing to the ongoing development of the Greater Bendigo region through building our brand in the region through relationships and delivering high quality work, and bringing your local knowledge to support target tenders in the region is an important element of this role.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or Building and Construction.
* Cert III or IV WHS
