We are currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate retail leader interested in an Assistant Store Manager in our Cornetts IGA in Oakey.
You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy physical work; ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
You will be required to work a rotational roster which may include nights, weekends and public holidays.
Relocation assistance will be provided.

Experience:
Experience in inventory management including monitoring and controlling shrinkage
Ability to drive sales, achieve budgets and exceed targets
Experience using enterprise systems, such as BC, SAP, Oracle
Knowledge and experience with WH&S and safety requirements
Experience in training and coaching other team members
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and negotiate with people from different backgrounds and roles
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Preferred
Retail industry experience strongly preferred
Previous grocery experience preferred
