Support Worker Co is a leading Support Worker Agency that provides best-fit Disability Support Workers to Disability Service providers across Australia.
We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers to support people in SIL, & respite services across Moreton Bay.
**Overview of the role**:
- We have opportunities to support people in SIL arrangements & respite services.
- 24-hour care model, meaning staff are required to work a combination of shifts - morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
- Assist participants with the range of personal activities including hygiene support, medication assistance, manual handling, domestic assistance & meals.
- Following specific positive behaviour support plans (PBSP)
Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities.
- Support people within both group settings and 1-on-1 arrangements.
- Use a company vehicle and/or your own vehicle to transport participants to community-based outings.

**What you need**:
- Completed or currently studying a Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant)
- Australian Driver's License
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Reliable smart phone with data
