The Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced
Construction Supervisor
to join our team in Melbourne's West. In this role, you'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring every Fairhaven home is delivered to the highest standard—on time, on budget, and above expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple residential sites.
* Ensure compliance with building specifications, council regulations, and legal requirements.
* Drive construction schedules and budget outcomes.
* Manage subcontractors and trades, providing clear direction and performance feedback.
* Conduct regular inspections, including slab, frame, and quality checks.
* Champion site safety and uphold WH&S standards.
What We're Looking For -
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience supervising volume to high-end residential builds
(essential).
* Strong trade knowledge and site management skills.
* Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
* Multi-development experience is advantageous but not essential.
