Role Overview:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for civil and construction roles.
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in labour hire and permanent positions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
- Driving business growth through client engagement and talent attraction.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably in civil/construction.
- Strong understanding of labour hire and workforce management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Passion for supporting Indigenous employment opportunities.
