Amazing opportunity available for an experienced Office Administrator!

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

* Greeting people to the office
* Answering phones (minimal phone traffic) / running the office
* Office administration support to the team and back up support to the Executive Assistant
* Driver of culture/happiness in the office
* Stacks/empties dishwasher
* Keeps the office tidy, pride in the office
* Manages all the office suppliers / orders all amenities
* Takes rubbish downstairs at cob
* Keeps meeting rooms clean and tidy

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
