About This Role:
Store Managers oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. They play a critical role in our continued success and work closely with Optometrists to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The store team relies on their ability to develop effective sales and customer service skills.
About You:
This position suits individuals with experience in retail and healthcare, particularly those with optical industry background. While prior management experience is beneficial, it's not essential. We seek organized leaders who can think critically, make informed decisions, and drive brand growth.
1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
2. Demonstrated experience working with budgets and scheduling staff according to local labor laws.
3. Availability on Tuesdays to Saturdays is preferred to meet peak trading needs.
4. Prior experience in the optical field is required.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable.
