The Role
Undertake the role of Chief Human Resource Officer for DMPELead, manage and deliver human resource management services across the departmentProvide advice to the Director General and Executive Leadership GroupRepresent the department in HR and public service networks, forums and tribunalsDevelop and implement human resources policies, initiatives and programsLead and manage multidisciplined human resource teamsParticipate in the strategic planning and business plans to implement DMPE’s objectivesEnsure the department meets its statutory obligationsProvide timely and cost-effective human resource services
