Job Overview
The Clinical Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical leadership and management to a site-based team. The role focuses on day-to-day excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance targets are met while supporting innovation and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and management to the site-based team.
* Ensure day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision.
* Support innovation and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based outcomes for young people accessing the service.
Requirements
* Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse; OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, including the ability to lead the coordination of care for young people with complex needs.
* Knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice, as well as demonstrated excellence in practical application in youth mental health and alcohol and drug use.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including written communication.
* Ability to engage with young people, advocate on their behalf, and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families, friends, and stakeholders.
* Experience using electronic client/customer management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Eligibility to apply/currently hold a Blue Card.
* NDIS worker screening clearance.
