Key account manager

TDM Pipeline Solutions specialises in CCTV Pit and Pipeline Inspection, Combination Drain Cleaning, Non‐destructive Digging, CIPP Relining, Top Hat & Junction Relining, and Robotic Cutting. We serve a diverse clientele, including Civil Contractors, Local Councils and Water Authorities.

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager with a strong operational background to join our team. The role will focus on driving business growth through effective client engagement, operational coordination, and strategic planning. Knowledge of the trenchless rehabilitation industry would also be advantageous.

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends, particularly in trenchless rehabilitation.
• Assist in developing strategic plans to capitalise on identified opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Provide insight and support to enhance service quality and streamline processes.

• Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations, tailored to individual client needs and industry standards.
• Provide support in document agreements and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

• Develop a strong understanding of the trenchless rehabilitation industry landscape.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to further expand your knowledge and foster relationships.

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, business development, client relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skill with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook).
