We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, hard-working food and beverage professionals to join our phenomenal hospitality team across multiple venues - each offering a unique experience for our guests.
We are looking for someone with a fun, engaging and service focused attitude for:
- The Wine Bar – a dynamic, bar service venue offering wines and shared plates.
- The Lawns – fast-paced, energetic outdoor service with a relaxed vibe.
Whether your passion is casual dining, buzzing wine and beer service, or fast-paced outdoor venues, we have a role that will suit your skills and energy.
Full availability Thursday–Monday is preferred.
The Gig:
- Work with the MONA food & beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality experiences;
- Confident in operating point of sale systems;
- Provide beverage service to patrons in accordance with RSA guidelines;
- Physically fit to perform set up and close down procedures;
- Deliver food, beverage, and guest experiences and offers;
- Deliver and support our Zero Trash philosophy and practice;
- Understand and respect safe work practices and procedures.
The You:
- 2 - 3 years experience in food and/or beverage service;
- A robust focus on visitor experience and customer service;
- A positive, professional, and friendly attitude;
- Must hold a current, valid Responsible Service Alcohol (RSA);
- Stay calm under pressure, work well in a fast-paced environment;
- The ability to work effectively within a team, supporting the entire food and beverage operation;
- Availability and flexibility over trading days (particularly Thursday - Monday);
- Bartending skills and cocktail experience are welcome.
