We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, providing comprehensive assessments and tailored therapy for individuals with communication and swallowing needs. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time-management skills, with experience working with NDIS participants preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will work across multiple settings, including homes, schools, childcare centers, and community spaces, with opportunities to support clients who prefer or require online therapy. They will be required to provide detailed client records in line with NDIS and organisational requirements, liaise with families, support workers, educators, and other allied health providers, and meet realistic billable targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary speech pathology qualification
* Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of initiative
