We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) team. About the role
Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day-to-day may include:
* Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
* Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
* Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)
* Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
What You'll Bring
* A passion for empowering people with disability
* A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
* NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
* Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
* Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15–20+ hours)
* The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Central Coast region (Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina)
