Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated and confident Customer Success Specialist to take ownership of their own client portfolio across SA, NT, and WA, managing relationships, providing ongoing support, and helping our clients succeed with Plezzle, our flagship digital marketing product for real estate agencies.

What You Will Be Doing:


* Manage a Regional Portfolio – Take ownership of your assigned accounts across SA, NT, and WA.
* Onboard New Clients – Provide tailored onboarding experiences that set customers up for success with Plezzle.
* Ongoing Support & Engagement – Regularly engage with clients through a mix of inbound and outbound communication (50/50 split).
* Retention & Solutions Focus – Understand the "why" behind client churn and work proactively to solve problems and retain business.
* Technical Specialist – Be the go-to expert for Plezzle; advise on strategy, best practices, and how to get the most from the platform.
* Grow Customer Value – Spot opportunities to expand usage, increase satisfaction, and build long-term loyalty.

Job Qualifications:

What you will bring:

Essential:
* 2+ years' Experience in customer engagement, call centre, sales, or hospitality environments.
* A growth mindset and a willingness to pick up the phone confidently.
* Strong communication skills, especially when handling challenging conversations.
* A knack for problem-solving and uncovering customer needs.

Preferred:
* Experience in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
