About the opportunity 
Our rapidly expanding practice is looking for a mid-level Commercial Litigator located in our Melbourne or Sydney offices. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years commercial litigation experience, along with construction law in contentious work ideally obtained in a mid-tier or boutique commercial litigation practice. 
This role would suit a lawyer wanting to work directly for, and be mentored by, senior practitioners and, a lawyer who wants to advance their career as an integral member in a dynamic, ambitious team with a practice that continues to grow and evolve. This role is for someone who enjoys bringing the added challenge, responsibility, and opportunity of working on matters across various jurisdictions. 
You will predominantly be working directly with two partners in our Melbourne office but from time to time will be required to provide support to our team in Sydney.

- A demonstrated willingness to learn 
- Robust organisational skills as well as high level initiative, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to follow through 
- Ability to communicate under pressure and when conflicting priorities arise and to manage priorities with flexibility 
- Ability to work autonomously 
- A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with team members, clients and industry experts
