IGT is looking for talented candidates to join our Game Development Studio! As an Artist on the team, you will be responsible for creating art that will be used for casino games all over the world! You will be working with other artists, technical artists and developers to create the best games in the industry.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborative Integration: Partner with art and engineering teams to implement and integrate art assets while ensuring visual quality and performance.Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between art and engineering, resolving art-related issues and supporting seamless asset workflows.Process Optimization: Propose and implement workflow improvements, new technologies, and standards for efficiency and quality.Communication & Support: Simplify technical concepts for cross-discipline teams and provide troubleshooting assistance to the art team.File Management: Maintain file structure, organization, and version control best practices.Mentorship & Growth: Mentor junior artists and foster team growth through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & CertificationAssociate’s Degree requiredBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience)
Technical Qualifications5-8 years of experience, including 3+ in product development with shipped titles3+ years of hands-on Unity experience beyond school projects (gaming industry experience preferred)Proficiency with tools like Spine, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), and 3D software (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)Familiarity with Perforce, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and ExcelBonus points for experience with Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) or other gaming platforms
