Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager to motivate, train and develop a high-performing team
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
* Handle customer service challenges
* Ensure store presentation and Visual Merchandising are of the highest standard
* Drive KPIs including sales
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment to meet customer demand
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in leadership- fashion and footwear preferred but not essential
* Strong operational skills, with a focus on running an efficient, customer-focused store
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
* Strong communication skills, both with your team and customers
* Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics
