We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Assist with daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
* Process donations, sort and price items for sale, and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
* Support the Store Manager in developing and coordinating visual merchandising and store displays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail sales is desirable but not essential.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Able to lift heavy objects and manually handle stock, following Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
