Play a critical role in the coordination and delivery of lighting crews and logistics for some of the most exciting live productions across the country.
Work location: All work is required to be completed from our Tullamarine (VIC, Australia) office.

Your day-to-day: You'll be the backbone of the touring crew schedule—supporting talented professionals, solving real-time challenges, and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.
Administer crew bookings, create and manage the production touring crew work schedule; administer freight, accommodation and flight bookings; undertake production administration duties as defined by our processes; provide administrative support to the Crew and Logistics Manager and Senior Account Managers.
Working hours: 7.6 hours each weekday, 08:30 start time; 38-hour work week. Some overtime is required. Some on-call work on weekends and overnights as the rostered Duty Officer to support teams in the field outside regular work hours.
Handover / Training: Provided by the current Crew and Logistics Coordinator with ongoing support from the Crew and Logistics Manager.
Required skills and experience: At least 2 years' experience creating and managing employee rosters including day-to-day contact with employees; advanced computer skills; Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.
Software competencies:Advanced MS Excel; Intermediate MS OneDrive, Outlook, Word; experience with time tracking and rostering software; experience with Master Tour favourable.
Favourable skills and experience: Experience working in travel booking, logistics, film, lighting, or technical event production favourable. Tertiary qualification in a related field.
Remuneration: Yearly gross salary of $75k, plus Superannuation, plus offsets. (Level 8 in the Live Performance Award ).
