Primary objectives
This position is to deliver our Administration and Service Coordination duties to our clients in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
Your experience & style
You will be highly motivated, have initiative and be able to work both independently and in a team environment, as well as communicate effectively with internal and external customers. To be successful with this application you will also have;
* Have the highest degree of Safety awareness
* Experience with Simpro and Xero
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills with a professional approach & demeanor
* A high degree of initiative, take the ownership of issues, and demonstrate a "can do" attitude
* High level time management and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
* High attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to provide an end to end solution
* The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
* Work well in a team environment
