What you'll be doing
* Managing the leasing pipeline for New Business and Re-lets - prospecting, qualifying tenants, conducting inspections
* Building relationships with landlords and prospective tenants
* Working within a structured PM team and learning all facets of property management
* Using best-in-class technology to stay organised and deliver a great client experience (we use Ailo)
* Growing into greater responsibility as your skills develop
What we're looking for
* Current ACT real estate registration
* A genuine desire to build a long-term career in property management
* Strong communication skills and a professional manner
* Someone who takes ownership - punctual, reliable, and solution-focused
* A valid driver's licence
You'll drive a branded Audi.
