Lead Clinical Nurse
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the clinical care and safety of residents during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support care staff during night shift operations.
* Deliver and supervise high-quality, individualised nursing care.
* Monitor and manage residents' clinical needs and respond to emergencies.
* Complete accurate documentation and thorough handovers.
* Uphold the values, policies, and standards of Respect Aged Care.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care.
* Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in Charge.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Standards.
* Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
* NDIS Workers Check (or ability to obtain one).
* Familiarity with Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
* Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
* Understanding of the aged care accreditation process.
