Minara Resources has an opportunity for a Leading Hand to join our established and dedicated team in the Light Vehicle Workshop.

The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for oversight of a team of Automotive Technicians.
You will be responsible for:
* Oversee Light Vehicle Workshop assets and services, delivering efficient maintenance to customers
* Engage with suppliers to ensure quality products, investigating and resolving issues as needed
* Maintain MMO's light vehicle fleet and ancillary equipment to high standards
* Enforce safety protocols, meeting Safety Leadership KPI targets
* Support change management and margin-improvement projects for the line manager
* Set and track continuous improvement targets, ensuring up-to-date job procedures within the team
About You
This role would suit an enthusiastic, technically proficient supervisor. You will also have:
* 5+ years as an Automotive Technician
* Expertise spanning 5+ years specifically on Toyota-class range of vehicles
* Proficient in integrated management systems, word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets
* Experience or aptitude with Oracle or similar business systems.
* Effective communication across all levels
* Confident communication with external stakeholders and vendors
* Leadership ability demonstrated within a small team
