About you
In your new role you will…
* Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Nursing Director of Mental Health & AODS, clinical and non‑clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence‑based care.
* Lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing clear plans, timelines and specific activities.
* Accountable for own decisions, actions, behaviours and standards including monitoring and evaluating activities delegated to others.
