The Role
As a Senior Stylist at ORBE, you'll:
* Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Work with autonomy while being supported by an experienced leadership team
* Contribute to a professional, collaborative salon culture
* Mentor and support apprentices and emerging stylists (if you enjoy doing so)
* Take pride in every detail — from consultation to rebooking
This role suits someone who is confident on the floor, grounded in their approach, and ready to work in a salon that values consistency over chaos.
What You'll Bring
* Solid experience as a qualified hairdresser
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail
* Confidence in client consultation and service delivery
Professional presentation and pride in your work
A positive, team-focused attitude
A genuine care for clients, culture, and standards
Current Certificate III in Hairdressing is essential
Australian citizenship is required for this position
