We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Environmental Services Assistants to join our dynamic team on a casual basis.
About The Role
As an Environmental Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the hospital remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors and staff. You'll work alongside a friendly and supportive team who embody our commitment to "People Caring for People".
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all hospital areas, including wards and operating theatres.
* Ensuring equipment used during your shift is cleaned, restocked, and stored correctly.
* Supporting a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
* Communicating effectively with nursing staff and other stakeholders to help achieve positive clinical outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping (healthcare experience is an advantage).
* A strong customer service focus and a friendly, can-do attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
