With a rich history in the industry and extensive experience and technical expertise, they are now seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join their growing team.
Position Details
Our client is seeking Civil Supervisors to oversee subdivision projects located around Armadale and surrounding areas in Perth's southern suburbs, as well as Alkimos and surrounding areas in Perth's northern suburbs. They are looking for individuals who want to be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a long‐term vision, while leading and mentoring new entrants to the industry. The successful candidates will take pride in project delivery and play a key role in maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and productivity on site, working collaboratively with knowledgeable and experienced Project Managers.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all onsite civil construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and other related tasks.
* Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and projects specifications.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Mentor and guide junior team members.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or leading teams on civil construction projects (at least 2 years).
* Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and equipment.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
* Competent in record keeping and basic computer skills.
