Job Overview
Digitally Enabled Business Solutions are seeking two (2) experienced Principal Business Analysts with strong stakeholder management skills. This role will operate in a multidisciplinary team to evaluate high value initiatives within a large Information Management (IM)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment. This will ensure the delivery of valued, integrated, and effective business solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager within Digitally Enabled Business Solutions, you will work closely with delivery teams, senior managers and subject matter experts to build exciting business cases for multiple solutions.
These roles will be responsible for engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level (Program Director, Project Manager, clinicians, business stakeholders and end users) to ensure a complete understanding of the business context. You will contribute to an effective customer-focused team and work collaboratively to initiate, influence, and maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal part in developing and delivering business cases that provide clear evidence and recommendations to support investment decisions, directly benefiting clinicians, frontline workers and the patients they care for.
You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and real-world clinical and administrative applications, translating complex data requirements into clear, practical solutions that drive informed decision-making across Queensland Health.
