* Assist the culinary team in preparing and baking a variety of sweet goods for meals and events.
* Work a rotational roster, departing from Perth.
About You
* Possess a Certificate III in Patisserie or IV in Commercial Cookery.
* Have at least 2 years of post-trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role.
* Experienced in batch/bulk cooking for large groups, focusing on quality and presentation.
* Able to work collaboratively with a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
* Familiarity with food safety principles.
