About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
* Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
* Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
* Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
* Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team
Skills & Experience
* Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
* Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
* Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Friendly, clear, and effective communication abilities
