ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Stock Management team. We are looking for someone who is process driven and able to maintain accuracy through repetitive tasks. Enjoy the security of this permanent position with the flexibility of hybrid work options. This position is working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
In this role your key responsibilities would include:
* Frequently downloading legislative forms prior to and post-sale
* Uploading the forms onto the website pre-sale
* Distributing the forms to the relevant buyer post sale
* Ensuring a high level of communication within the team
* Supporting internal departments to meet their objectives
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level.
* Previous experience in an administration or customer service position will be advantageous
* Customer-focused communicator with strong relationships and high attention to detail.
* Adaptable, driven, and solution-focused, excelling in fast-paced environments with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
