- Sandoz Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Representative who is driven to win for patients and customers alike. As a Bio Product Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Queensland and Northern NSW team to provide your Rheumatologist, Gastroenterologist and Dermatologist customers generic solutions for their patients. This role requires dynamic cross-functional collaboration across local and national teams and report to the Regional Sales Manager
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales &
marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives- Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed
budgets and time scales- Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral
networks- Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages,
programs, company developments, customers, and competitors- Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication
channels- Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship
- Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives as well as provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.

**Minimum requirements**
- What you'll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or other relevant industry
- Experience as a specialist representative, prior Rheumatology experience is highly regarded.
- Consistent outstanding performer who has sold in a competitive environment with an understanding of the PBS and pharmacy environment.
- Demonstrated achievement in business in a Pharmaceutical or similar industry
- Strong collaborator who can work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage territories (targeting, profiling, productive frequency, call planning, business planning)
