A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Process Improvement Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on reviewing and improving HR processes, while supporting the evaluation and potential implementation of a new HRIS. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both HR and systems in a project environment. Key Responsibilities Review and map current HR processes (onboarding, performance, compliance) Identify gaps and implement process improvements Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency Develop SOPs and streamline workflows Support HRIS review and implementation activities Work closely with HR, leadership, and technical teams Assist with change management, communication, and training Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency Skills & Experience Experience in HR process improvement, HRIS, or business analysis roles Strong process mapping and documentation skills Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, iChris, Employment Hero) Ability to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes Experience in fast-paced or complex environments (e.g. industrial, manufacturing, utilities) is beneficial Benefits Competitive hourly rate super Hybrid working (Mulgrave office flexibility) Immediate start Opportunity to contribute to a key transformation project How to Apply Please apply via the link, or contact Joni Gilbertson on 03 9535 2113 for a confidential discussion.
