Executive Assistant
Supporting Executives with Portfolio Wide Accountabilities.
* Proactively support senior executives to drive portfolio-wide initiatives.
* Manage complex diaries, meetings and documentation for executive and board level stakeholders.
* Raise purchase orders, assist with invoicing and approve contractor timesheets.
* Coordinate across multiple projects and streams within the portfolio to keep priorities aligned.
* Prepare high quality documents, reports and communications for senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven EA experience supporting senior leaders at the portfolio or enterprise level in large and complex organisations.
• Strong background in financial services such as superannuation, insurance or banking.
• Confidence with financial and administrative processes including purchase orders, invoicing and approvals.
• Highly organised, discreet and solutions focused with the ability to anticipate needs in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
