This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.THE ORGANISATIONThis progressive and nationally recognised organisation is seeking a Reward Manager to join its high-performing HR team on a short-term contract. With a strong focus on innovation and people, the business is known for fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. This is a great opportunity to step into a key role within a values-driven organisation where you’ll be contributing to impactful, enterprise-wide reward initiatives.THE ROLEAs the Reward Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the organisation’s remuneration programs and initiatives. This role will see you partnering with senior stakeholders to provide strategic and operational reward guidance, while overseeing key processes related to the annual remuneration cycle. Your key responsibilities will include:Leading the execution of the annual remuneration and incentive review processesConducting job evaluations, market benchmarking, and pay analysis to support business decisionsDesigning and enhancing short- and long-term incentive frameworksPreparing remuneration insights and data-driven recommendations for Executive and Board-level reportingManaging key timelines and deliverables across the Reward functionSupporting the development and implementation of reward policies and governanceYou will play a pivotal role in ensuring reward strategies are aligned with business goals and market trends.THE CRITERIATo be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven experience in a senior reward, remuneration, or compensation and benefits role (5+ years)Expertise in job evaluation, incentive design, and remuneration governanceStrong analytical capability and advanced Excel skillsExceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environmentImmediate availability and full Australian working rightsPlease contact Emma Dundas for more information by emailing emma@peoplecorp.com.au.
