Our organisation is seeking an administration assistant to join their team. This is a 12 month contract role with the strong possibility of extension.
The role will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team contributing to strategic projects and programs within our portfolio of responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Providing administration assistance across our Workplace Transformation team
* Assisting with raising purchase orders, paying invoices and ensuring records are up to date
* Manage new staff onboarding/offboarding, team birthdays, annual/flex leave, events and travel arrangement
* Monitor and manage WPT calendar and inbox
* Draft workstream papers and presentation
* Act as the Secretariat and assisting in coordinating Governance forums
* Book staff domestic travel
* Update records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
* Respond to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information
**Selection Criteria:**
* Previously been an active team member with the ability to prioritise
* Exceptional organisation skills
* Intermediate minute experience essential, TRIM experience preferred
* Be flexible and adaptable to change, ensuring a right size approach to the varied and often urgent demands on the portfolio
