* Commencing full-time salary $77,690 per annum per annum plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading
* Ongoing and full-time (38 hours per week) opportunity
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Facilities Officer to support the team and oversee all maintenance of the Institute facilities.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Develop schedules and review and update preventative maintenance functions;
* Support the day to day delivery of maintenance activities;
* Oversee Contractors progress and performance;
* Deliver practical solutions and respond promptly to requests;
* Ensure facilities are compliant, maintained and fit for purpose;
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Please note, the successful incumbent will be required to undergo an Audiometric testing prior to commencement and testing every two years thereafter.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
* Formal qualifications with significant experience (3-5 Years) in facilities maintenance, building services, or property operations.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating contractors, managing maintenance issues, and delivering Institute support services in a facilities context.
* Confident decision-maker, capable of working independently under general direction and responding to after-hours incidents, if required.
* Ability to analyse, investigate and produce reports detailing possible building efficiencies that may introduce maintenance savings.
* A broad knowledge in administrative fields, in particular, in the use of Asset Management systems and processes and in the use of Microsoft office suite, and reporting tools.
* High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with staff, contractors, students, and external authorities.
* Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
