We currently require a pro-active and enthusiastic Administration All-rounder to perform a wide and varied range of administrative and customer service duties for our company, based at Logan Village in a country atmosphere. Experience and knowledge of an accounting program is a must. Knowledge of tender submission will be highly regarded. Knowledge of trucks and heavy machines would be useful. Driver's license required. This position will play an integral role in our busy green waste recycling business where we provide land clearing and mulching services for new estates, roads, and council landfill sites.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Your duties would include but not limited to:
* Efficient and accurate data entry, Bookkeeping, AR, AP, Payroll
* Working knowledge and experience in Xero or another accounting program.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and other work related programs that are required
* Regularly liaising with operational staff to ensure information and dockets received for invoicing.
* General Administration support for the company, i.e. filing, booking travel and accommodation, debt collection.
* Highly motivated

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Work independently and unsupervised.
* Maintain the presentation of the office area.
* Customer services including enquiries, quotation and related customer matters via phone and email.
* Provide assistance to the General Manager as required.
* Fleet management duties.
* 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday
