The Role
As a Finance Officer, you'll be essential in delivering high-quality financial services with a focus on accounts payable, credit card management, and procurement support.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in line with PGPA Act requirements and government payment policies
Oversee corporate credit card processes and administration. Credit card usage and policies
Maintain and manage vendor accounts, ensuring invoices are accurate and payments are properly authorised
Monitor and ensure compliance with payment timeframes and e-invoicing requirementsAssist with procurement documentation including approvals, tender materials, and contracts
Create purchase orders and contracts in the procurement system
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong accounts payable and financial processing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Customer service focused with a collaborative approach
