Community Impact Program Facilitator – Part-time
The Opportunity
As our Community Impact Program Facilitator, you will lead face-to-face program workshops for school-aged children using engaging pedagogical techniques to create positive behavioral change. This role includes client representation, reporting, administration, and marketing duties.
This part-time position is based in Warrang - Sydney, requiring 30 hours of work per week across 5 days. Flexible hour arrangements can be discussed.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver allocated program workshop sessions independently in various schools across Sydney, ensuring sessions are informative and meet learning objectives.
2. Gather feedback from teachers and students to support and measure program effectiveness using available tools.
3. Maintain regular contact with the Bookings and Program Administration team regarding scheduling, attendance, customer service, and general administration.
What We Look For
* Previous experience presenting to primary or secondary school-aged children. Qualifications in children's services, education, program facilitation, performing arts, or related disciplines are desirable.

* Confident public speaking skills with the ability to engage and motivate audiences during face-to-face workshops.
* Ability to keep content fresh and relevant during repeated presentations.
* Strong interpersonal communication, an exceptional telephone manner, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, capable of working autonomously, and effective in communication and time management.
