This high‐impact hybrid role oversees a cluster of services across New South Wales, including Kurri Kurri, Wallsend and Dubbo.

About The Role
You will:
* Mentor and empower Centre Managers
* Drive operational performance, budgeting and forecasting
* Strengthen family and community engagement
* Ensure compliance with NQF and regulatory requirements
* Conduct audits and support continuous improvement
* Champion strong leadership across multiple sites
What You'll Bring
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or equivalent)
* Multi‐site leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of NQF and EYLF
* Experience in budgeting and workforce planning
* Confident communicator with a collaborative leadership style
* Working knowledge of sector systems (Kidsoft, CCSS, ISS, CRM)
* Current First Aid, WWCC and Police Check
