Spring Professional on behalf of this successful national property group, have an opportunity as Centre Manager for a shopping centre in Bathurst.
This group operate nationwide across Australia with a large portfolio of thriving shopping centre's. They are a respected leader in the retail centre space with exciting expansion plans.
Reporting to the National Manager of Assets, your main responsibilities will be:
* Relationship and operational management of retailers
* Team management and recruitment of additional centre staff
* Maintaining positive relations with retailers, customers, suppliers, local government
* Responsibility for the overall performance of the property
* Assessing the performance of retailers and identifying opportunities to improve sales
* Monthly reporting to management team
* Competitor/market research
* Work closely with national team on centre strategy and development plans
To be considered for this opening we are seeking candidates with experience as a Centre Manager, Retail Manager or someone with exposure to operational management of an asset coupled with team management.
