have partnered with a proudly Australian-owned transport and logistics company, built on loyalty, honesty, and integrity, our client has grown from a local family business into a global partner, providing innovative end-to-end solutions across national transport, international freight forwarding, and 3PL warehousing.
We're seeking a driven
Business Development Representative
to help grow their client base and strengthen market presence nationally. This is a hands-on, results-driven role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What you'll do?
Develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
Conduct market and customer research to uncover new opportunities
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs
Promote logistics solutions tailored to each client's objectives
Prepare and oversee sales contracts, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, and invoicing
Deliver strong after-sales support and gather feedback to improve service delivery
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
What you need?
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Demonstrated sales track record and a strong understanding of the logistics or transport industry (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Strong time management and strategic planning abilities
