Graduate Electronics and Electrical Engineer Opportunity
This position involves contributing to the development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment, including electrical power and data systems, and ruggedised computing and network equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and analysing electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance, as well as developing engineering documentation and supporting configuration management of system hardware.
A key aspect of this role is communicating and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in a conscientious and inclusive way to successfully deliver innovative solutions to the Australian Defence Force.
The Graduate Program offers a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one. The program equips graduates with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work, while also fostering their growth into experienced professionals.
Throughout the 24-month program, participants engage in professional learning and development, as well as social and collaborative opportunities to expand their Boeing network.
The Graduate Program has defined learning objectives and a structured framework, but individual journeys are tailored in collaboration with managers, shaped by business needs and personal professional development goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: A tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or an anticipated graduation date before January 2026).
