The Role
* You will play a hands-on role across residential and commercial builds, contributing directly to high-quality outcomes within a well organised, safety-led team.
* Framing & Structural: Residential and commercial carpentry from framing through to roof frameworks, walls and floors
* Internal Fit-Out & Finishing: Doors, windows, skirting, trim, mouldings and detailed finishing work
* Custom Joinery: Cabinetry, shelving and bespoke built-in features
* External Works: Decks, pergolas, fencing and outdoor structures
* Site Standards & Safety: Maintaining WHS compliance, clean worksites and high-quality finishes
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with other trades to deliver consistent project outcomes
About You
You are a qualified or experienced Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, values doing things properly, and enjoys being part of a dependable team. You will have:
* Carpentry trade qualification or completed apprenticeship
* Experience in residential and/or renovation work
* Ability to read plans and use tools confidently
* Sound knowledge of WHS practices
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
