Holy Spirit College
Holy Spirit College is an initiative of the Diocese of Cairns and Catholic Education Services that offers individualised and adaptable multi-year secondary education programs for young people disengaged from mainstream schooling. The College is a registered Special Assistance School, co-educational, with campuses in Cooktown, Manoora, and Edmonton, and provides residential accommodation on the Cooktown campus. About the Role
The Administration & Finance Officer provides comprehensive support for the school's financial & administrative services, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and contributing to smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, supporting information services, and assisting the Business Manager and Principal with grant identification, application, and acquisition aligned with the college's strategic direction.
