* Carry out site inspections involving scaffolding, measuring and design assessments.
* Coordinate trades efficiently while adhering to customer deadlines.
* Oversee factory planning and stock management.
* Manage vehicle maintenance and production team logistics.
Leadership & Team Development
* Provide training, mentorship and coaching to trade team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
* Assist with the recruitment of new trade team members.
* Serve as a trusted point of contact and support for all team members.
* Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment.
Quality Assurance & Safety
* Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards for all roofing operations.
* Maintain and continuously improve company standards.
* Deliver consistent quality results that meet customer expectations.
