Night Auditors play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform end-of-day functions for the Front Office, including verifying information, identifying discrepancies, and posting accounts.
* Deliver quality customer service through check-in, check-out, foreign exchange, and assisting with inquiries.
Requirements:
* Commit to a rotating roster that supports business needs.
* Gain experience in hotel operations within a frontline role.
* Develop a basic understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
* Cultivate strong customer service skills.
