Human Resources Officer – Full Time
Senior Helpers FNQ Cairns based | Monday to Friday
Senior Helpers FNQ is a growing Aged Care and NDIS support provider seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team.
This is a hands on HR role focused on support worker onboarding, compliance, training coordination, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end onboarding of support workers
* Ensuring compliance with NDIS and Aged Care requirements
* Coordinating mandatory training and inductions
* Managing employee records and compliance documentation
* Handling disciplinary actions, performance management, and investigations
* Providing HR support and advice to staff and managers
About You:
* High-level experience in HR or a similar role
* Strong knowledge of employee relations and disciplinary processes
* Experience in Aged Care, NDIS, or a regulated environment (highly regarded)
* Excellent organisation, communication, and confidentiality skills
Formal qualifications are not required — strong, demonstrated HR experience is essential.
