We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team at our NDC Erina Practice.

About the Role
As a Receptionist/Dental Assistant in our thriving Erinapractice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high-quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way.
Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

You will be self-motivated and eager to build your experience. With your capability to engage with patients using your bright and energetic attitude, you will play a key role towards the ongoing success of our practice and an understanding of patient centricity and enhancing the patient experience is vital.
A true team player, you will be committed to contributing positively to our team to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our well-established patient base.
Ideally, you will possess the following:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and Dental Receptionist (2 years)
- Great work ethic with the ability to take instruction
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice with availability to potentially work a late finish and/or Saturdays as required
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Superior communication skills with exceptional customer service
- Ability to learn new software quickly or experience with D4W
